Both pre and post pregnancy diets play a very important role  in keeping a woman fit and healthy to look after the newborn without feeling loss of energy. When woman goes into labor it takes a toll on her body, when women understand this they understand the importance of taking care of themselves. If you want to want to be a hands-on mom then you will have to look after yourself!

As Nutrition & diet consultant I will suggest diet based on food habits, combination of veg, non-veg, traditional, modern food and supplement;, but overall everything predominantly Indian because that is what will work best for an Indian mother-to-be.
